중국바오우강철그룹유한공사(약칭: 중국바오우)는 원래 바오스틸그룹(Baosteel Group Co., Ltd.)과 무한제철(그룹)회사가 공동으로 개편해 12월 출범했다. 2016년 1월 1일 2019년 9월, 중국 Baowu는 Maanshan Iron and Steel Group의 공동 개편을 실시했으며, 2020년 8월, China Baowu와 Taigang Group은 공동 개편을 실시했습니다.
